Exhaust Fumes

Some products were designed to kill fire ants with exhaust fumes by hooking up a hose to the tailpipe of a vehicle or lawn mower and inserting the hose into a fire ant mound to suffocate fire ants.  Besides being ineffective, this method is an environmental pollutant.  Read more about novel methods of fire ant control at eXtension >>>
